Sturbridge was founded on a simple belief: even exceptional organizations can become better.

Across more than two decades of partnering with wealth management leaders, financial advisors, and executive teams, one observation has remained remarkably consistent. Lasting excellence is rarely the result of a single initiative, methodology, or technology investment. It is built intentionally—through thoughtful leadership, clear strategy, capable people, and the organizational capabilities that connect vision to execution.

That perspective has been shaped by a career spanning strategy, advisor experience, technology, client experience, and organizational transformation.

Before founding Sturbridge, Jon Stinson spent more than twenty years with Morgan Stanley, where he partnered with executive leadership, financial advisors, and product organizations to improve advisor engagement, client experience, business owner solutions, technology adoption, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, he served as Director of Franchise Client Workplace Experience, helping shape the experience of more than 16,000 Financial Advisors and over three million workplace participants.

Throughout his career, Jon has worked alongside leadership teams navigating growth, technology modernization, advisor recruiting, organizational change, and strategic transformation. Those experiences reinforced a simple truth: every organization is different, and lasting results rarely come from applying someone else’s playbook. They come from understanding the organization’s unique strengths, aspirations, and opportunities, then intentionally building the capabilities that move it forward.
